Avocado and Tuna Wrap

Since avocado is in season, I tried mixing it in my usual breakfast wrap.

This is the first time I added onion. I usually put asparagus if we have. You can modify the ingredients (i.e. change spinach to lettuce, change mayo to yogurt, ditch onion, add blah blah, etc. etc.). 


I sliced the avocado into small pieces. You can mash it if you want, then just add it to the tuna mixture.

I heated the wrap so that it can melt the cheese a little, but meh... it did not.


Place the tuna mixture first, then add avocado and cheese.

 Wrap it up. Eat. Happy tummy.



 I tried adding basil on my second one. It's okay...

Done!
