Another Day That Was

Yayus! I accomplished a lot in my to do list today~

#1: Went to Kimikain    Our organization's open Tambayan slash pakain this year. It's been 4years since the organization was revived and I am so glad that ACME is growing and making a history. 16 years is 16 years. Happy anniversary UP ACME!

They also published a newsletter! I haven't finished reading it though. :))

The day that was

Yaho~ I won another giveaway. This time, it's 1k worth of GC from Yellow Halo. Yellow Halo is owned by Maxene and Elmo Magalona. I am very curious about the newly opened restaurant because it offers sumptuous food below 500 calories. Healthy, huh. :) So I joined the giveaway hosted by their sister, Saab, and luckily I was picked! Yey! She contacted me during the time I'm not active in the cyber world. When I saw her DM, I'm so surprised! ...and ashamed since I know I'm responding so late!

After the board exam, Monday was saved already for videoke time!! Weee~ On my post about the board exam, I mentioned there that we went to Timezone to play. What I intend to do that time is actually to sing, but there are no empty rooms and there are a lot of reservations. I was frustrated, I went singing while we're on the escalator and on the way out of the mall. Marie said that we can do that in their house next Monday. So Monday came and I am so ready to sing my lungs out!!

Board Exam Shiz

The Licensure Examination for Chemists was held at Manuel L. Quezon University (MLQU) last September 18-19, 2012. SInce the place is far and we need to be there as early as 6:30 in the morning, my friends and I decided to find a place to stay near MLQU. Actually, my father was opposed on staying in a hotel because it costs too much. I agree, but then I think I can review more when I'm with my friends, like, if I have questions or things that I need some clarifications, they can help me (which actually happened). Eventually I was able to convince my parents to let me stay with my friends in a hotel.

We looked for a place to stay a day before the examination. We have three options: Yes Hotel, Saimah Hotel, and Edwards Suites. Edwards Suites is the cheapest and nearest to MLQU, unfortunately it is fully booked! :( We ended up at Saimah Hotel because it is cheaper (Php750 from 12nn to 12nn) than Yes Hotel (Php900/24hrs). We booked two rooms, one for the two boys, and the other one for us, three girls.

I lost my phone :(

This is my Samsung E2652W Champ Duos. My parents bought this for me last April 2011 since I lost my phone March that year. What I like about this phone is it's dual sim. I have two active numbers and I just find it annoying minding two phones, so having a phone that can house my sim cards is just so great. My mom bought the pink case for me. She actually asked me if I want pink or blue. I said green. Haha! She knows it, but there's no green available so I chose pink. The cellphone strap was from Korea given to me by a friend. I tend to put specific strap on my phone, I don't like changing straps. Wala lang. Haha~!

Yey for libre!! Last Sunday, Maripi and Carlo treated us to a night of singing and munching. LOL. For what reason? Carlo turned another year older, while Maripi got a new job. And as said by Russel, "celebration of life!" Kasi nga naman bumaha muli, at buhay pa kami. Haha! Again, this is not planned. Maripi made a reservation at Center Stage hours after contacting us that day. This is actually my first time going there.

Father's Day

We had a late lunch out to celebrate father's day. Yey! Yesterday night, my dad brought home a cake already. It was an ultimate test of. . . patience? Haha! We're taking turns in convincing Papa to slice it already so that we can eat it. Gah! He didn't even budge. (>o<) It's so tempting every time we open the fridge! Oh well, it's his cake after all.

Celebrating independence day at Intramuros! :) Ang goal lang namin para sa araw na ito ay lumamon at pumotoshoot. Haha! Matagal na naming gustong i-claim yung discounted buffet coupon namin galing sa MetroDeal, at dahil araw ng kalayaan   meaning walang pasok, nilubos na namin! Weee~ Nagkataong nasa Intramuros din yung resto na kakainan namin, o diba, swak sa araw.

Movie date with my high school friends! Yey! So we watched Snow White and the Huntsman. I don't know who picked the movie. LOL. I just got a text asking if I want to come and watch it, plus, our friend who recently turned a year older will be treating us (dinner). Movie wasn't the main thing that made me go, it's the food. haha!

Finally! Swimming outside Rizal! We've been meaning to go out of town for so long already. This is our first out of town experience together, and more to come, hopefully. We went to Zambales and get ourselves tanned like crazy! It is a two-day tour to three that should be four islands in Zambales. The package we chose from Zambales Paradise Travel and Tour was the Nagsasa Tour package.
