Impulse Buys

Here are the things I bought, some using my money, most my parents' last Father's day. There are stuff that I don't really need as of the moment but will be useful someday.

My brother needs school stuff, and since I'm with him and my mom's paying, I grabbed the opportunity to buy mine as well. I don't go to school anymore but from time to time I still need things from National Book Store. I really love going there. That's one of the places where I can spend more than three hours looking over things and still can't get enough. Haha!

Anyway. I bought 'Post-it'   the one I really need as of the moment, and pens. I really like Faber-Castell ballpens. It's so cheap, sleek, and it lasts long. I don't know why but I never was a fan of G-tech/Pilot pens. Sure they're good but what I don't like about it is that they're so delicate that once you drop them, there's a high possibility that you can;t use them anymore. Haha! It's just so cute that I found a green and purple FC ballpens and both are in 0.5mm (S-fine). The ink is black.

I also got cheap colored pens and oil pastel that will become handy when I start drawing again or for my hand crafts. And also, my ever essential craft buddy, the double sided tape. I find it less messier than using glue. The drawing book that I bought is not really necessary. It was in a wrong place at that time, and I just took it with me since I'm too lazy to find its proper shelf. Besides, I like it, it's only 10 pesos and the paper is not bad.

So aside from school stuff, my brother needs shoes too. He's so maarte. He always buys school shoes like every year or twice a year? Haha! But then I'm thankful because my dad bought me one too. Weee~ This is so unexpected. I said to my mom that I'll buy mine too as a joke, but she said okay. :)) And to add more, she didn't even bother about the price, partly because she is in a hurry  and my dad's paying anyway. I love love love this. I really like bold colors.

L-R: Careline Pimple Concealer in Oriental, Careline Oil Control Blush-on in Peach Glow, Ever Bilena Kleopatra in black
I also got these items while waiting for my brother to finally pick his shoes. What I need the most is the pimple concealer since I had a breakout after going to the beach. Uhm, the concealer does not give that much of a coverage but what I like about it is that it dries out the pimple faster. As for the blush, I just wanted to try it out   especially it's peach. Most of my blushes are pink, and I really think that coral or peach shade suits me better. The liner... I bought it since I had no black, I noticed that all my liners are brown. Haha!

Below are the stuff I bought after visiting my friends in the university.

I went to Watsons to buy skin care stuff. I bought two iWhite Nose Pack Whiteheads and Blackheads Remover, one for me and the other for my brother. He's been bugging me to buy one for him before, I just had the time to buy now because I need one. Haha! My whiteheads are seriously irking me! I remember he went to Mercury Drug Store just to buy one but he picked up the facial wash! Seriously, can't he read? Haha! He probably mistook it because the Nose Pack has a white packaging before like the facial wash. Oh well. When I finally got him this, he refused, so these two are mine. hoho

L-R: Glam Works Exfoliating Body Scrub (sweet apple with flower extracts), bath gloves, Pumice Stone
The one in the middle is not from Watsons, I just included it since I want to LOL. I wanted to try the body scrub so I bought it. What I used before was a salt scrub, and it really is effective. I've used 1/4 of the body scrub already and I'll be honest, I don't like it. I don't like the smell, I bought the apple one thinking that it'll smell good, but to my dismay, it's not. I use it together with the pumice stone because if I use it alone, I feel like I'm not exfoliating at all. I might use a salt scrub again. My thoughts :)

This is one of the things that I like buying in Watsons. Well, other tissues are good too but this one fits my pouch so well and it's cheaper. Haha! I just don't like the packaging, it rips easily.

I bought this mirror on my way home. I had one like this before, only in a bigger size but it broke, my mom said, I don't know how or why. I need to have a mirror inside my room... for vanity purposes. LOL

I saw these cute hair ties and bands on my way home. Each costs P10. Aren't they cute? Haha!
