Avocado and Tuna Wrap

Since avocado is in season, I tried mixing it in my usual breakfast wrap.

Hi XEND, now I know yer packaging is eco-friendly and biodegradable. And yer advertisement thru packaging is just so clever!

And the packaging contains... C-Lium Fibre (Capsule), free Celeteque Make-Up Remover Cleansing Facial Wipes, and Céleteque Sun Care Skin-Relief After-Sun Gel. I've tried C-Lium Husk before, and I can't drink my juice! Let's see if I can deal with these capsules. I'm getting ready for beach! Yay~! I want to try After-Sun Gel already! ♥ SampleRoom.

No-bake Chocolate Almond Cheesecake

I decided to do choco-almond because we have almonds available. My guide is from Steph's No-bake Oreo Cheesecake, I modified it to my liking.

Ingredients:

Crust: 

1 ½ C crushed Grahams

¼ C Baker's margarine melted

Crushed/sliced almonds

Cookies (optional)

Filling:

1 pack cream cheese, softened
¼ C sugar

1 tbsp unflavored gelatin 
3 tbsp full cream milk 
1 C all purpose cream, chilled
1 C dark chocolate, melted
crushed almonds

Toppings (optional):
Almonds (sliced in half)
Crushed Grahams
Shaved dark chocolate

Ready to bake... no-bake!

Comments:
1. All from Europro except the mixer. Di ko alam yan, am choosing based on the price and my instincts. 

2. There are two shapes of springform pan available during that time, circle and square. The square is soooo expensive (because of the brand). I saw the 200php pan but the salesperson said the cons of buying that    it's thinner compared to what I bought; through time it'll become oblong; and it has no coating unlike Europro's kaya kapag tumagal, kakailanganin nang maglagay ng parchment paper para hindi mag-stick yung cake.
3. I thought I bought American Heritage's handmixer, but   akala ko lang. This is the cheapest among the choices and the salesperson said that this is comparable to Hanabishi's. According to him, Hanabishi is a trusted  brand that's why most people opt to buy their products. I chose pink, like . . . hot pink,  para kikay. 

3rd Batch from Sample Room!

Here's my third order: Moringa-O2 Malunggay Herbal Moisturizing Lotion (lower left), and Pevonia Botanica Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser (upper right). Along with the cleanser is the make-up remover from Celeteque (lower right). I ordered these because I'm out of lotion and cleanser. Might as well try another brand,

This is one of the samples I availed from Sample Room and so far, this is one of my most loved samples.

Products I bought from Chic Cosmetics

Another addition to may pampalandi collection    Miners Lip Paint in Hot Pink and Chic Cosmetics Conceal All Palette. I bought it online at Chic Cosmetics. They sell products at reasonable prices and I got a PHP 250 discount when I bought these items. Multiply sometimes has discounts like that, dunno why. Oh well. Yaho~ So lucky. So happy.

DIY: Shoes Reconstruction

Look at my shoes! I got this last June and I'm very much comfortable wearing it    except the first time, I got blisters because of the zipper. It became like this after my mom washed it because it got soaked in baha. And since it can still serve its purpose, I thought of giving it a makeover instead of throwing it away.

2nd Batch of Samples from Sample Room

I received my samples around noon. As usual, Sample Room Team's response is fast. This time the products I wanted to try are AHAVA Essential Day Moisturizer and Venus & Mars Mineral Eyeshadow. As you can see, I availed another moisturizer. I am in need of a moisturizer and I wanted to find the best one for me. So far, Olay is still my number 1. Let's see if AHAVA can give more results. Haha! As for the eyeshadow, I really would like to have a green one, plus it's mineral eyeshadow!

My goal was to be on time or at least be earlier than the meeting time. Since I have many agendas, I headed out earlier than usual (though it's still later than what I planned). Surprisingly, I got more free time to idle before I went to the main event. It's a nice feeling.

Pseudo Nachos Attempt

After making Dynamite, I attempted to make Pseudo Nachos from the left over cheese and lumpia wrapper.

The ingredients needed are ripe mango, tomatoes, and onion (diced or sliced in small pieces); cheese, and fried lumpia wrapper. You also put meat like ground beef, but it's okay without it    for me.

Since I don't have mangoes during that time, I decided to replace it with some other fruit that is sour and sweet. I went for grapes because that's what we have. Also, since I don't like onions, I put lettuce instead. I thought it has the same crunchiness as onion, or I just really want to include it. Who knows?

The remaining ingredients are the same: tomatoes, cheese, and fried lumpia wrapper. So I just mixed them and that's it!!
